Caregivers care

who cares for them?

Ask About Care is a movement raising awareness for caregiver health and helping ensure caregivers are seen, supported, and included in healthcare conversations.

While caring for my mother, I missed my own checkups, struggled with anxiety, and developed prediabetes. I realized caregivers are often invisible in healthcare.”

“Are you a caregiver?”

Help improve caregiver health. Your voice can create change.

Ask About Care was founded by Usha Tewari after experiencing firsthand how caregiving can quietly and significantly affect personal health.

While balancing a career in public service and caring for her mother, Usha delayed her own preventive care and faced growing health challenges, including stress, anxiety, and prediabetes.

She realized a critical gap in healthcare: caregivers are often essential to others’ health, yet their own needs go unseen.

That realization became the foundation for Ask About Care, a movement to ensure caregivers are seen, supported, and included in healthcare conversations.
